The purpose of this research study is to understand EMT and Paramedic perceptions of the ET3 initiative rollout in New York State. You are being asked to take part in a research study because you are certified as an EMT or Paramedic in New York State
Participation in the research study is voluntary. You can agree to join or not. You can also say yes now, and change your mind later.
If you choose to take part, you will be asked to answer questions on a survey. Your participation in this research study is expected to last approximately 10 minutes. There are 300-500 people expected to take part in this research study.
You can choose not to answer any question you do not wish to answer. You can also choose to stop taking the survey at any time. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. If you are younger than 18 years old, please stop now.
The possible risks to you in taking part in this research are:
Potential loss of confidentiality of data, though names are not associated with survey submissions.
To protect your identity as a research subject, no identifiable information will be collected.
